…ntity Add module pages for the new server/client entity-spawn wrappers and the shared `lib.spawnEntity` helper. Client and server pages split parameter listings between FiveM and RedM tabs to reflect native signature differences (`pedType` only on FiveM, `bDontAutoCreateDraftAnimals` on RedM `CreateVehicle`, `doorFlag` vs `dynamic`/`p7`/`p8` on RedM `CreateObject`, etc.). Server `createVehicle` is documented separately for FiveM (`CreateVehicleServerSetter` with `vehicleType`) and RedM (CFX `CreateVehicle`).
